I Have Upgraded to Plus. Why Does My Subscription Still Show Lite Plan?

If you have successfully paid for your subscription but it still shows the Lite plan, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Billing menu.
  2. Scroll to the bottom.
  3. Click "Refresh Subscription".

Your subscription should automatically update.
