How to save a prompt as a reusable action?

To help streamline your workflow and reduce repetitive tasks, we offer an option to save frequently used prompts. Follow these detailed steps to set up and manage your saved actions:

  1. Open the Manage Action Menu

    • Navigate to the relevant section of the interface where you can manage your actions.
  2. Add a New Action

    • Click on the "Add" button to begin creating a new action.
  3. Enter Action Title

    • Provide a name for your action. This title will appear in the dropdown list when selecting an action to execute. Ensure it is descriptive enough to easily identify the action.
  4. Enter Action Prompt

    • Define the prompt you wish to save and reuse. Make sure your prompt is clear, detailed, and precisely describes what you want to achieve. Include specific instructions or formats to ensure the results meet your expectations.
    • Example: If you want to translate text, you might write: "Translate the following text to English. Format: Translation only."
  5. Save the Action

    • Once you have entered all necessary details, click "Save Action" to store your prompt for future use.
