                                How to Use Image Generator in Google Docs & Slides

    The Image Generator allows you to create images from text using AI models directly within Google Docs & Slides Follow these steps to generate images seamlessly:
Step 1: Open the Image Generator
- Open your Google Docs or slides document.
 - Go to the sidebar and open AiAssistWorks.
 - If AiAssistWorks is not yet installed, go to Google Workspace Marketplace to install it.
 - Navigate to Image Generator from the dropdown menu.
 
Step 2: Enter Text for Image Generation
- Click on the Enter Text for Image Generation field.
 - Type a description of the image you want to generate.
 
Step 3: Select an AI Model
- Click on the AI Models dropdown.
 - Choose between available models (see here for the full list of the supported models), such as:
- Straico - openai/dall-e-3
 - OpenAI - dall-e-3
 
 If you don't see the model from the dropdown, you should enter the API key first: Gemini (Imagen), OpenAI (DALL-E), Fal.AI (Flux, Imagen, Stable Diffusion, etc.), Straico (DALL-E).
Step 4: Choose Image Size
- Click on the Image Size dropdown.
 - Select one of the available options:
- Square: Generates a square image with dimensions typically around 1024x1024 pixels.
 - Portrait: Generates a vertically oriented image, generally around 1024x1792 pixels, suitable for mobile-friendly visuals.
 - Landscape: Generates a wider image, usually 1792x1024 pixels, ideal for presentations or wide displays.
 
 
Step 5: Select Number of Images
- Click on the Number of Images dropdown.
 - Choose how many images you want to generate (1-4).
 
Step 6: Generate Image
- Click the Generate Image button.
 - Wait for the AI to process and display the generated image.
 You can click "Add Image" to insert it into your slides or document.
- For Fal.AI, if an image is generated after more than 30 seconds, you need to click again to fetch the latest image status. A 30-second limit is the running time for Google Add-on.
